Being a family-owned and locally-operated business, Gold Leaf Physical Therapy is able to offer our patients the personal attention and care they deserve. The primary goal of GLPT is to make all of our clients happy and healthy.
GLPT is not the average physical therapy practice. Alissa and Adam Eslahpazir met while on the same rotation at the University of Utah Hospital, one of the top medical institutions in the west. It was a match made in heaven and they realized they had more in common than just their profession. After years of marriage and through their shared commitment to healing through rehabilitation, Alissa and Adam started GLPT to address the needs of the patient on a holistic level - something they noticed was missing at most clinics.
